Our Pool Service Guarantee

•  We at Clear Pool Rescue & Care take pride in the pool service we provide our customers.  To back it up, we offer a "No Green Guarantee" to our customers who have our full-service pool cleaning service. This means that while we are maintaining your pool, we guarantee that it will not turn green.* 
•  If your pool turns green, we will credit you with one month's service fee and correct the  problem at our own expense.
  

* All pool equipment must be working properly. DE and Cartridge filters are cleaned by us. Filtration run time is following the recommended turnover rate. Our recommendations for water replacement, CYA/Hardness Levels, and or repairs must be completed for this guarantee to be valid. 

Clear Pool Rescue & Care specializes in green pool clean ups. We have a couple options and we let the water tell us what is best. We can turn your pool from green to clean in as little as 24 hours*.

1. Chemical Treatment
2. When CYA and other factors are high, we drain, chlorine wash and refill your pool with fresh balanced water. This is our 24 hour turnaround.

*24 Hour turnaround for standard play pools and no additional work required.
